Position Summary:
The Technical Trainer conducts training for employees at all levels of the organization to provide team members with the knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the expectation for their technical roles and responsibilities. The Technical Trainer's responsibilities include preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs to support Challenge Manufacturing initiatives and growth. (ensuring training is conducted to Company standards and training records are accurate). Also responsible for monitoring knowledge gain and student evaluations as well as developing quarterly and annual training reports.
